Check Tips of You Need to Be Take Nutrition to Fit

Last week I started a topic I’m working on personally. How much do you need to be in good shape? I have drawn a small pyramid of how I approach my health and fitness at this stage of my life. This week in part 2 of a 7-part blog series.

Nutrition is the foundation of the crossfit pyramid, and after I learned some hard lessons in fitness classes, nutrition is also the foundation of my pyramid. Many people know that I spent most of 2018 and 2019 trying to regain my health. I spent 14 months without alcohol, 105 days without sugar, tested ketosis and eventually found that nutrition is the most important key to a healthy lifestyle and performance.

In your twenties, you can get away with treating your body like an asshole. Eat whatever you want, and if you train hard, then in a sense you will be able to train your diet. Add to this children, life, stress, this and that, as well as sleep deprivation. I couldn’t store body fat the same way I used to. As you can see in this photo, I gained a few extra pounds. Everything had to change.

I passed a series of blood tests, and my cholesterol was not where it should be, and also my testosterone was very low. My first thought was that this is why I am gaining fat and low testosterone levels. It’s not that my increased body fat, stress, poor nutrition were the cause of low testosterone levels. Interesting thought process there. The first thought process eliminated any personal responsibility for how I lived my life; the second thought was because of the choice I made, and because of how I lived, I had a poor health condition. Personal responsibility, something that is not present in certain segments of our society these days. I almost burst into tears myself.

My wife, my health teacher, said that if I take care of my body for a year, and if my blood tests, more importantly, my testosterone will not return to normal in a year, then I could consider hormone therapy. The Lord knows that, being a thirty-year-old man, I don’t want to suffer because of a weak T. so as not to repeat myself in this story, but after a year of searching for the perfect diet, all my blood tests, body composition, health and well-being returned to the optimal level.I have to live as a leading company in the health and fitness industry.

It all started with food. I discovered that my body type is an endomorph (my body likes fat and doesn’t like carbohydrates), so I stuck to the paleo diet and carbohydrates very well during class workouts together. It took me a year of testing, evaluations, and adjustments to determine what was best for me. One year? It seems long. Today I have a year after this trip, and, apart from the additional stress associated with society, I feel better and more successful than ever.

Recently closed, I had a few drinks, more than usual. But I pretty much stuck to my healthy diet. Today I continue to stick to healthy eating habits, my biggest fault is that I don’t eat enough. After spending a year to focus on my diet, I changed a lot of habits, and now these habits are part of who I am. Now leading a healthy lifestyle is not a routine job, but who I am. Nutrition is the basis of any health.

In the end, nutrition is not difficult, but it takes time to assimilate what you need for yourself. Everyone is different, and it takes time to optimize what you need to improve performance. The way you want to live optimally determines the efforts you should make to your diet, but having learned some important things, you can lead a very healthy lifestyle, guided by a few simple principles. A flaw and a dirty secret. It requires work, discipline, responsibility for yourself, and there are no shortcuts.
